Is this fixable?

I picked up a 2.4l block from a guy on here he said it spun a rod bearing but the damage wasnt bad. So I got it and i was checking everything out and saw this in the third cylinder from the tranny side WTF A few things i was wondering is, first of, can it be safely ran like this? To me it looks like the piston doesnt go that far down so maybe ill be ok? Secondly can it be easliy fixed? I was planning on going .020 over if that changes anything. Lastly if i can be fixed how much approx. would it be? Im not sure if its suppose to be like that I kind of hope it is Thanks

It looks fixable maybe when it spun the bearing it broke the rod and the rod hit the bottom of the cyl.
It can be magnaflux to see if any more damage, grind it down and it should be OK.

Worse case it could be sleeved.

The block looks like it needs cleaning and removing the barb on all cylinders if you are not going to bore it, a sleeve should be around $100.00 depends on the rates in your area.
