2G Is my bcs restrictor already removed?

I'm not the original owner and wanted to remove the restrictor but I can't see nothing through the hole, is it already took out?

It looks like it's still there. If already removed both of these holes would be the same size & one looks smaller in your pictures.

Got it I thought it was deep inside the hole at first, then figured it was right at the opening!

Be careful removing it or you'll crack the nipple. Screw a screw into the end and twist it out gently. There's an article showing that somewhere.
