Just curious, how difficult is it to remove and install internal w/g on t25? Can the turbo stay on the car? Thanks guys.
 
First off, the turbo will not need to be removed.

Removal:
The actuator is bolted to the compressor housing by two bolts. If you still have the stock heat shields, you may want to remove the upper shield over the exhaust manifold held on by three bolts. This way, you can more easily access the actuator bolts. There is a clip on the arm that attached to a lever on the turbine housing. Needle-nose pliers are helpful here.

Install:
Bolt the actuator to the compressor housing first. Then compress the arm by hand to attach it to the pin on the lever on the turbine side. You can reuse the clip, or replace with another clip or cotter pin. Test the actuator to ensure is moves properly. Lastly, reinstall the upper heat shield and hose on the nipple.
