Internal Wastegate help.

I wanted to see if anyone here could help me with this internal wastegate. I bought it used but during the shipping process the nipple where the vacuum source goes hooked up to broke off. I don't know what to do I don't wanna buy another one cause this one works fine except for that nipple. What would be the best thing to do should I try to drill the jole a little bigger and try to screw a nipple in there. Or try to weld a nipple.
Let me know what you guys think I should do.

Mine broke off too, I cleaned up the surface good and JB welded back the nipple. It's held great for years with out any leaks.

If you drill it, be sure you dont hit the diaphragm inside of it. That would be my first choice over JB weld.

Jb weld seems like a last resort.

Can you braze, if so that would be way better than jb weld

i had one break off, i drilled the hole on the waste gate so that the nipple would fit inside snugly, then i brazed it back on.

Alright thanks for all the replies guys. I decided to go with jbweld and a nipple I found laying around. I just finished putting the jb weld so ill see how it dries up.
This is just a temporary fix to get my car runiing till I have enough money to go external.
