420A In need of some guidance

You need it configured like this. However you do that is up to you. The stock PCM, as far as I can remember, should still supply 12V to the injectors as long as it's seeing a crank signal. It should also still activate the ASD and fuel pump relays. You can eventually have MS control those too, but you don't need to change anything there at first.

The cylinders/injectors are numbered the way you have them on the left: 1-2-3-4, where 1 is near the timing belt and 4 is near the transmission.

Total forgot i respond with an update after research i found that out bc ms3 is batch fire so i do it number of injector instead of firing order
.
Also is the ignition output for the power to have the ms3 powered on and is it okay to ground all the grounds to one location

I'm not sure I understand your first question. I would ground everything at the negative battery terminal, which should also be connected to the chassis and the motor through stock grounding wires.

will ground all to battery , my first question was meaning to give the ms3 power would it be the ignition output or is it a different pin. Basically which pin is the power for the ms3 if that makes sense

Never mind on the power question i was over looking what pin to use on chart u sent i found the 12v wire to wire to the ignition key

Im gonna have to install my afr guage/ wideband should i tap it into stock harness or the ms3 , ms3 will only be controlling the fuel injectors for now till the motor is broken in.

The stock PCM won't know what to do with a wideband signal, unless yours has a simulated narrowband output. The wideband signal can go straight to your MS3.

Sounds good , talk to diyautotune on the fuel only setup , i’m wiring the tps , iat that in the back of intake , coolant temp , and the wideband. I do need to find the diagram on wiring the stepper motor idle valve.
