When I against the throttle and get it idle at 900 rpm and then let it sit for a little bit and then when I try to take it for a spin it starts idle to high about 1500 to 2000

There u go fixed it. You have really bad grammar.

What you have is idle surge, make sure your throttle cable isn't stuck open, check your BISS screw; you can change idle there. Also check for boost leaks. All of these can contribute to a higher idle.

Edit: also you should have probably had the title be "im having idle problems" or you could have looked up the many other threads stating what to check one in particular i cant find at the moment.

Most likely isc there easy to test. On youtube Jafromobile even has a video on it. And if that doesn't work you can always save up and go dsmlink route and let it worry about idle for you :thumb:

I think it will help with some idle problems by estimating what the idle should be off the TBS instead of the idle switch, or something like that but doesn't do anything for a bad ISC motor. A bad ISC motor could passably damage your ECU.
