idle speed control 1g vs 2g

i found no info on this.... but i needed to know if the 96 ISC will work on a 93??
I accidentally bought a 96 ISC on ebay... they look exactly the same but im still not sure if they are interchangeable!!

Can ANYONE answer this for me PLEASE??

Searching would probably help. Does it have Identification Numbers on it? Cross reference them with a parts store to see if they match up. If it looks the exact same I'm guessing it will work, but double checking never hurts.

well yes i was going to do that if i couldnt get help here... i was hoping for a more direct answer!
Some one telling YES or NO!!
i JUST won it on ebay and was going to withdrawl my bid through ebay if it wasn't going to work!!

AFAIK itll work.

I pulled an ISC from a 1g TB to throw on my 2g when it went bad and never had a problem.

I just hope it was a turbo 2G.

As long as it was a turbo 2g it will work fine. 91-99 turbo ISC's are the same.

ya it was off a 96 GSX and i DO have a 4g63t out of a 90 BUT i switched everything (sensors) to a 91-94 to fit the harness i had!
