I think you are misreading the number. Do you have a picture to post?

Definitely a 20G part number for the compressor cover, but that doesn't mean there's a 20G wheel underneath it. There's no way to determine the turbine wheel size from that number, either.

As you can see, this 20G has a second part number cast into the cover to make buyers even more confused:
