 Ok so today I tried a few things to eliminate some possiblities. Tried 2 other coil packs, changed wires, swaped out ecu's, I am still having the same problem. Although I may have found something new, when standing under the hood while the car is running it sounds like the spark plugs are arcing although I have never heard this before Im not sure if it's normal. I sat in the car let it idle and when I put the pedal to the floor the car felt like it wanted to die. If I featherd the gas it spooled up allright and the bov went off fine. Im going to do another boost leak test tommarow to see if the gasket is holding. I got a new gasket from Mistu. Im thinking I want rid of the BOV and just go back to stock. Im thinking this could only be the problem. Someone suggested a dirty fuel filter, and maybe bad gas. I dont know. *Update* Car did run out of gas, $35 later still having the same problem, although it seems to idle just a hair better.

id check the fuel filter like you said...if there is junk in the fuel tank it will suck it up if your low or out of fuel...

Changed the fuel filter, it seems to idle a little better. I got to thinking the previous owner had a SAFC hooked up, when we installed the ecu the first time wires were exposed. Taped them up I double checked them and they are fine. Im thinking that might have something to do with it,.

well unhook the battery and let the computer reset....i cant remember exactly how long it takes...a couple hours i think

Like we discussed last night, boost leaks, vented bov and fpr overrun. Have you eliminated them yet?

Did you make sure the wire to the ECU that had to be cut to install the SAFC was re-connected? My '92 had a hell of a time running, went looking through and found a SAFC manual so I looked closer, and when the previous owner removed it he never fixed the wire. Got it fixed, and the car ran perfect.

Boost leak done, all hisses fixed. Got my palm and a cable, but sure enough cant get it to sync with the pc. Put the Stock 1g BOV back on sealed it all up. Changed my MAFS car idles good now. Check engine light still on, I notice a diffrence though car is running a little better, although I am still getting the bucking but it's not as bad as before.
