1G Hypertune intake manifold and throttle body

Hello I have a 1990 talon with a hypertune intake manifold and throttle body when I went to put the tps on and tried turning the throttle body open I noticed the throttle body and tps open to different ways has anyone else seen this?

Not sure what you're trying to say. The only thing I could guess is that the TB and inlet are on the wrong side of the manifold. That would be for an EVO is that's the case. Pictures might help.
