hx35 with 12cm t3 housing spool up on stock cams?

So i have an internally gated 12cm holset hx35 and an open t3 manifold sitting around but before i have a downpipe and oil lines made how terrible will spool up be on the street with a stock 7 bolt long block be? i have all supporting mods. 750cc injectors, walbro 190,greddy 24v front mount, maft etc etc. also have a black box ecu with ecu flash. will this thing spool up by 4500? going to build the hrad soob but id like to put it on there for now. let me know what you think guys thanks.

From my best understanding the hx35 is one of the fastest spooling turbo's out there with a very consistant power band. I don't think you'll have any spooling issues at all. What's the manifold you're using?
