Hello folks, I just bought this turbo setup for a great price, but I'm not sure what o2 housing would be appropriate. In the end, I would love to recirculate the wategate back into the exhaust. I was thinking of the FP30 o2 housing ( http://www.forcedperformance.net/me...oduct_Code=O2FP3025&Category_Code=DSM-Exhaust) then possibly getting a custom weld job from the wastegate flap to the o2 housing for recirculation. Does anyone sell a ready-made product for this situation? Thanks for any help.

Your going to need to have something custom made. That manifold looks like it's not going to last you long.

Also that looks like it might be a 16+ cm housing, and in a nondivided setup it's going to be laggy.

Not sure how that wastegate is going to work bolted on in that manner.

You'll probably need a custom O2 housing made. I believe the holset housings use an odd sized v-band flange.

Wow I was reading this and didn't even notice the wastegate. Good thing someone caught that before you put it on :)

Is that on backwards? I'm just getting back into DSMs and have never used an external before. I got the whole setup for a decent price. I thought it was a good deal but maybe I was wrong.

What's wrong with the manifold? The zip ties were temporary.

Is there a market to sell that hoslet housing if I wanted to downgrade? Thanks for any help.

The other end of the wastegate should be mounted to the manifold flange, the way it's setup now you would have serious over-boosting problems. As far as market for that turbine housing you may be able to find someone that wants to upgrade from their BEP housing.
