My tensioner bolt for my alternator not sure If that's the correct name for the bolt but I posted a similar picture. It flew off while I was driving on the highway and now my alternator belt squeals so I need a new tensioner bolt or can I tighten the alternator down without it? Also my car has the batter light, a/t temp light and and brake light that come on at the same time when my key is in the ignition what does this mean? Thanks

The picture you are showing is what holds the alternator in place. Without it, the alternator belt will not have proper tension. In turn, since the alternator is not seeing proper belt tension, it cannot supply necessary charging of the battery (hence your battery light). This can cause havoc on a number of electrical systems as the battery is not supplying the necessary voltage.

In short, no, you cannot secure the alternator without the alternator belt tensioner.
