Phillips head scew driver to remove the screws holding the door pannel on and the dcrew behing the door handle also a phillips screw then pop the clips loose by pulling the bottom half of the pannel off first (i found that to be the best method. then simply remove the 2 or 3 screws holding it to the pannel. all done.

Okay, so they have to be separated by screws from the inside of the door panel? What a screwy design. No wonder the guy b4 me broke all those little plugs

Damn near any vehicle ever made will require you to pull the door panel to get to the switches. IT is just how it is. That plastic piece is actually supposed to be attached by plastic studs that are melted to a plastic washer on the back. IT is pretty common over time for them to break and that piece to be loose from the panel. In the time it took you to write and reply to this thread you could already have the door panel off. IT takes literally 5 minutes to remove.

okay okay, alright alright... it still sucks though. my Honda's is much easier to access. thanks tho for the tip. I shall get to it asap
