So I am missing a few screws that hold the door panel on the door does anyone know where I can buy them

They should be available at any Mitsubishi dealer. Or if you have a local salvage yard they might be free :)

Advance and Zone both have sections witih all sorts of clips and screws for the interior. Even if they aren't listed on the stores computer, take one with you and compare with what they have. Many different cars have interchangeable clips.
