Mustache bar hardware

What nomenclature do they use for the hardware that goes thru the frame to the mustache bar? Also where do I get them? I’ve been looking but have come up with nothing. #5 for reference.

The 1G parts catalog simply refers to it as "Bolt (14x172)". I would think the only way you're going to find a replacement is from a rust-free parts car or fabricating something.
