how do i make it shut off at a certain rpm???

only way to do so is get an expensive ass nitrious maximizer....or just hit the switch after the certin rmp to turn it off...or beter yet shift

or a window switch, MSD, NOS, NX and a few others make them, they will not allow the NOS to turn on below a selectable RPM, and will turnb it off or not allow it to turn on after another selectable RPM. can pick them up at most places nitrous kits are sold or JEG/Summit.

yea i had it on my cavalier that had NX...it is called a WOT switch(wide opean throtle switch)it makes sure the car is floored so the nitrous has all the gas it wants.

yes the WOT switch only engages the nitrous is the Throttle is floored, cyrez would be intrested in the Window switch as stated before,

you can see the WOT (micro switch for cheaper) which is a good BASIC arming method. then you can see the RPM activated (window, so it only allows everything to be on for a certian "window" of the RPM range) it cost about 15 times more but it can help prevent a nitrous backfire incase you bounce off the rev limiter while spraying.

i have a Fuel Pressure Saftey Switch, can this help me in any way to not blow my engine, but i guess using a 50 shot u cant really hurt much can u?

anything used incorectly can be hazardous or cause damage, more so with nitrous. It has already had a bad name due to misuse or incrrect setup/ installation. I highly recommend looking under the tech articals, I belive in the engine/fuel seection a post by NosLaser, called the Nitrous FAQ. The fuel pressure switch is just that, it prevents the turn on or will turn off if the fuel pressure drops below a set pressure. all systems should be armed by a manual toggle "arming switch" then by atleast a WOT switch. Other electronics are avaliable to help safeguard your engine. but the two above are usually concedered to be a minimum. It is always recommended to have access to some sort of feed back tool (loggger/scan tool ect) as well as a basic knowledge of the vehicle and its operation.
