Just bought an hks turbo timer used. Black in color. Green LEDs. From what I've found, I think it's the hks iv tt. But it has the direct plug and play harness for the 2g eclipse. I've got the two main plugs hooked up and also the ground wire to a solid ground. Now there's a gray, red and green wire left with round metal connectors on each. I'm wondering where these wire go.

I think the gray one goes to the parking brake wire correct?

Here's the second part. When I turn the car on acc or start the car. The tt turns on and starts countdown until it reaches 0. Then it'll turn off and restart but not count down this time. When I turn the car off, either from being in acc OR running, it will count down and shut everything down like it should when it reaches 0

What's going on here?

I'm sure if you google the make and model numbers you will find a manual. I did that when I found a greddy tt at the junkyard. No one can see what you see so that could help also posting pics of the device

I would google it. Maybe if there was a model number on it. -__-
Come on really? I've searched with what I got. I already said I think it's the hks iv tt. But I cant find where those three wires go.

You actually have enough information to find info about it. I requested a picture to help you search but youd rather argue. And like it was mentioned those wires usually connect to the rpm and speedo wires.

Just go to the HKS website. They never really changed the wires throughout the turbo timers. Which you really dont need anyway.

So i cant upload pics from my phone but i have this one from my skyline and the only wire i have is the grey for the hand brake so this could be a type 0 or something like that, on my newest hks timer i have wires for the rpm and speed,

Post a pic of yours up as i cant and i need to see the front of your TT
