I have a 1999 eclipse gst, had just rebuilt the engine and put it back in got it running and now has a high idle at around 1,800 rpms. Tried looking for vacuum leaks around the intake manifold with brake cleaner but didn’t notice anything that caused a change in rpm, got my obd and plugged it in and the only code it gives me is the Ambient air temperature sensor bad. Not sure what else might be causing the high idle the Maf, Map, and Iac sensors are all replaced. Need help with understanding what my live data readings are from the obd ? Any chance that somebody might notice anything odd?

How do I check the FIAV.... is that where the IAC goes into?
My car had the same problem some time back. New TPS sensor, and fix of a vacuum leak on the rear of the intake manifold. One of the cheap plastic hoses was gulping in air and it caused the rpms to go up by a few hundred. Also the old TPS sensor caused it to go up by a few hundred. If that fails, remove your intake piping and make sure that your throttle is shut.

****UPDATE****The idle issue is now fixed but now I’m having trouble when driving the car.....when going into first gear, when I press on the gass the car bogs and eventually stalls. Got it to go into first gear a few times but the car was vibrating really bad and felt unstable. Every other gear feels fine but first, 2,3,4,5 and reverse all feel smooth
