First off my goal is a DD 350 to 400hp car is a 90 tsi awd

what else do you guys think i would need to achieve my goal.

Adjustable fuel pressure regulator and a bigger turbo on top of the list you've given. A bigger turbo would be easier to reach the 350-400whp also.

I was kinda trying to stay with the evo 3 16 if i go bigger turbo ill need bigger injectors trying to keep under hood stock appearing if 350 to 400 hp isnt achievable on the e3 then i may need the fp 68hta

The FP 68hta turbo is vicious, but you can also look into the MHI 20g.

Since you're going with DSMLink, just get bigger injectors to start with...something like FIC 1150's. They won't cost much more, will support more power later, appear stock, and leave plenty of room for more fuel should you need it. (Like running some E85 for more boost/timing for example).

You'll also want to pick up a decent AFPR for that Wally 255 (like boostedgst523 mentioned), which will also give you some more control over fuel should you ever need it.

With a good tune and good fuel, 350 shouldn't be a problem with the E3 16g on that setup...but it will take some tweaking and experience to wring 400 out of it. Still doable though.

And if you are looking to get the most out of it, a wideband is almost a neccesity.

id be really happy at around 350 if i can make more so be it. But i already have all the parts listed above. Ill have a wideband by the time i get around to putting all these parts on. Thanks for the advise so far guys

Ive rode in a few 20g cars and was never impressed spool time is alittle to slow for my liking.

I dont know alot about the fp 68hta but i heardit spooled about the same as a e316g

I agree with the search and cams, and disagree with the SMIM. If you run E85 or maybe meth injection, about 325awhp can be done on a dynojet with the stock cams, much more than that and cams are necessary.

To save you some money I wouldn't go with a smim. The stock intake manifold isn't going to be restricting a 16g. Stock 1g manifolds have been proven 500+whp and 10 second time slips. Actually didn't devin from strictly go 9's on the stock 1g manifold?

One more in support of keeping the 1g intake mani. On a similar setup (16g, 1g IM, DSMLink) we made 347awhp and 357 awtq on 93 octane measured with a Dynapack. That nice broad torque curve made for a very fun street car.
