help!! miss? throttle response?

let me start off by saying that i am new to dsmtuners, but not new to dsm i recently have be building my 91 awd turbo talon for 6 months i have completely rebuilt the motor with a 2.3 stroker motor on a clipped 14b turbo stock injectors. finally have it running and starts right up the problem that im running in to is that if i give it gas idle drops as if throttle response is really bad . if i feather the gas it revs up but only to about 4 grand and if i let it the throttle go sometimes shuts off or idle drops really low and then comes back up to about 1 rpm. if you could give me some ideas on what should i do next to correct these problems this is what i have replaced .

injectors
checked pipping for leaks
cam sensor crank sensors
ngk wires ngk plugs
coil

Sounds like a dying ECU. Same symptoms with my car, eventually it just wouldn't fire up anymore. Pull the ecu, take the cover off and check for the dead fish smell. Also look to see if the capacitors are leaking on the circuit board (the big ones in the middle between the vertical boards). Try borrowing a known good ecu and see what happens!
