So I bought a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse gs 420a engine, it cranks but won’t start and has no spark, I have changed crank sensor and coil pack. Any ideas?

yea, connector is supposed to face down, and make sure you have everything plugged in, I know how it is when you're unplugging and testing out stuff, it's easy to forget to plug tyhem back, wouldn't hurt to spray some connector spray in the connectors, or wd40, these are old cars so corrosion on connector pins can also cause electrics to fail
with the battery unplugged and let it sit? For a bit before re connecting

Well you mind as well, and you can do hard reset for the computer by unplugging both terminals and hook them together, it empties capacitors and does a hard reset for the ECM, spray some connector spray etc. And you can plug it back right away unless bottle says differently, they have instructions

Well I just have wd40

Bottle of connector spray costs like $3 in AZ, it's useful in these cars in general so wouldn't hurt to have a bottle of that on your shelf

Electronic computer module = ECM
Electronic computer unit = ECU

Different terms but means the same
ECU is universally used, ECM is more commonly used in the dealerships, makes it more formal

I pretty much cleaned all connectors etc and reset ecu still no spark

20 Vdc. 20 meaning it measures a maximum of 20 volts, you should read around 12. Vdc meaning volts direct current.
So I disconnected power to coil and the relays keep clicking.
