height problem with Eibach springs

So I installed a pair of Eibach lowering springs on my 1G, and now my car sits about 1/4 of a inch higher on the passenger side. It just looks weird, and I would like to know if I might of did something wrong. Also the spring on the driver side sounds like its twisting and turning every time I'm stationary and turn the steering. Any ideas on what might be cause that. Thanks

Springs need to settle. I've seen cars settle more than 1" before. Give it a few days, maybe even a couple weeks. As for noises when you turn, that could also be related to the springs settling. Make sure the springs are set in the perch correctly, if it spun then it will cause it to sit higher.

Well its been installed for about 2 months.

Then I would say you need to check to make sure your springs are sitting correctly on the perch. My RR actually sits a little lower than my LR so sometimes it might just sit funny.

id check and make shure they are on correctly. and like he said springs will settle but they should be all the way sence its been 2 months. i had eibach springs on my rsx and they had no problems accully rode very nicely aswell i had pro kit i think they were droped around a inch

Thanks for the help. I'm going to check if they are on right and I might get those rubber pieces that prevent the spring from turning in the strut. I know that some companies include those for other cars, and I think it would be a great idea if Eibach had them for our cars.

Just so you can eliminate the possiblitity. Make sure the springs are not upside down. Eibach clearly states that the logo on the spring has to face up. if they are upside down then the spring ends might not sit in the perch properly.

That is exactly what happened to me! When i bought the car they were on upside down. I flipped them over and all was well.

You can also try reinstalling the rear springs and swapping them left to right. This will determine if there is a spring issue if the height difference follows the spring.
