Got tired of the primitive
Climate System Flapper leaking Hot Air 24/7 even after fixing Cables & installed a bypass hose on the Motor that "jumps out" the Coolant hoses to the Heater Core - Gates P/N 18889 worked great, had to cut the 90 degree bend off one end & trim the other end to fit but it's pre-molded into a nice squared off "U" kinda shape. There is also an obsolete Gates P/N 28281 that is some badass Heater Hose with a spring inside it to prevent kinking when put in a "U" - It's actually called Heater Bypass Hose. I actually have real unheated fresh air in the car now.
