Heads off finally with pics

So after some time i finally got my head off ....I see lean conditions and leaking head gasket ? am i right or ,missing something?

Not so sure of the lean condidtion, the crud on the valve heads is common in high mileage heads.

I don't see any evidence of being lean. Now if your piston crowns were as white as your exhaust valves, then you'd have a problem.
