ECMlink having trouble with my 95 EPROM ECU in 98 w/6bolt swap?

Its a 98 eclipse gsx with a 6 bolt swap and i just got dsm link and a 95 eprom ecu and got it socketed with teh dsm link chip, went to start the car today for first time and nothing no spark put my old ecu in stock one and it fired right up.. Whats goin on here please help?? Thanks

i replied to your other post, but did you install the DSM link chip the correct way?

I never opened it up after i got this guy to socketed it and install teh chip I hope it is in teh right way!
