Has anyone tried the new HKS 280's?

Thats who i got them from also. mine are shown at my local ups station. so hopefully they will be here tomorrow!!!!!

His 305 price is only good til tomorrow then there going up.

I have a pair of the Hks 280 Cams. If you don't have sometype of Engine management system, don't get them. They are tunable, but you must have a standalone.

In my opinion, they are the BOMB BABY. They are like the 272's on some Barry Bonds (roids) stuff. You will need to have dual valve springs, and retainers. If you can afford them get them. Well worth the price. Speaking of price. The price will come down. If you shop around you can find them pretty cheap.

When I have some numbers with this stroker motor. I will let you guys and gals know.

Yea got mine in the car. LOPE at idle but it scares the shit outta mustang owners. They dont stop pulling. You dont need dual valve springs, im running the car to 8500 on singles with no problems. There is a definate difference between the 264/272s and the 280s.

Where did you get this info from? I'm considering getting these cams for next season, and would like any info available, doesn't seem like too many people are using them yet. are you saying the crowers are better/more agressive?

I got that info from slowboy/extreme psi's site's. It appears they both have the 280* duration yet the B-Crower's have more lift. If you research the 264 and 272 versions you will notice the difference in lift on those as well. ;)
