hahn super 16g wastegate rod??

what is the proper tension on holding the wastegate flapper closed i have mine set about a 1cm past closing the flapper right now were its at i can fully spool at 8-10psi about 26-2800rpm

first post i <3 my eclipse:hellyeah:

but i don't know if its supposed to be were you have too pull a lil to get it on the wastegate clip ??...
