got a bad throttle response with a new 56mm tb

ok guy i got a sorta a big problem. when i put on my new 56mm tb my throttle got really hard and it acted like it was eather closed or wide open. Its like there was no imbetween. I really need to get this fixed b/c if not all it does is rap up really quick and ill get a ticket fast in sc. any help is appreacted thanks. jr

ok i found out the problem it was the throttle cable hookup on the tb what sitting up to high so it made too much tention
