Bad startup,idle and throttle response

when i start up my car it sounds like ass!!!! really,really,really rough like its struggling to fire but i give it some gas and it revs but everytime i start her up she sounds like shes going to puke!!!!
also as of today i noticed that my throttle response sucks, big delay!!!!
and the idle seems rough, when i pull of my tps it evens out so i guess i need a new tps but what would be causing the other stuff??????

found out why my throttle response blew nuts! my lower icp came undone! i didnt even realize it wasnt building boost until i felt something blow on my leg and check, the coupling came undone!!! restarted her up and she didnt hesitate or sound like ass, held a pretty good idle except for the small amounts of surge! i know my tps is shot!!!
