I have a 93 es and had not driven it for about a week, we got tons of rain last weekend and when i started it up it turned over fine but when the rpms came back down it stalled out. i started it again and gave it gas for a few minutes to warm everything up cause i figured that there was just some dampness going on. I drove the car for about half an hour, stopped at a friends house, and when the car started again it did the same stall thing, then the check engine light came on. so i popped to hood to check shit out, everything appears to be fine, fluid levels are where they belong, so on. then when i started it again and went to drive away, i hit the gas and it bogged for a second or two, almost stalled, and finally started to go. I have no idea wtf is going on, did water get into something, please help me out cause im stuck here at college with it and dont wanna mess shit up. pm me or w/e, any help is greatly appreciated

Well, your friend course of action would be to get that code read. Most likely your ISC is fried. Also known as your FIAV Fast Air Idle Valve.
It is what controls the speed at which your car idles. If it isn't functioning properly, it doesn't know to hold the idle at "x" rpm.
Also make sure you're running NGK spark plugs. These cars run better with copper than without.
