Im trying to replace my small fuel filter line from vc to intake and saw this one on ebay

Also just changed my plugs and wire and pcv valve
When i changed the pcv valve i saw the hose damage where the clamp was at
Like it left a mark on the hose probably too tight or idk do i have to change that too or no?
I noticed that my idle was rough before i did the plugs and wire and pcv
Now its okay but it still boggs when iddling and also notice my vaccum pressure changed from 15 psi to 18-21
Is that normal or am i right to change my small fuel filter?
