- Hey guys,
got another problem. So I was out in the AWD this week when we got some snow. All of a sudden feels like I'm loosing all power. Kind of like fuel cut. So after about an hour of "sledding" and packing a lot of snow under the car, I'm almost home...then the car just dies. I have power to everything EXCEPT nothing works that runs off of the the ignition switch circuit (heater, power windows, headlights, dash indicator lights, etc.). Turns out that the fusible link in the smaller box with the 3 link in it right on the battery had blown(for the ignition circuit). Does anyone know where I should check for the problem first? Maybe someone has had the same thing happen. Any help?
RESOLVED It was a bare wire in the coil pack.
