Fuel Tank/Pump Issues

Not so long ago i had a walbro 255lph installed by a reputable DSM ethusiast. The car runned normal for about two weeks, i was boosting fine, and there was no issues with me having a stock FPR. Then one day i come home and i smell gas, and couldnt figure out where it was coming from, i found out 2 hrs later and a full tank of fresh 91 spilled on the driveway underneath my car that it was leaking. Now my fuel pressure is up to 3.5 bars while driving, when it used to be a little over 3 or less.

I though my fuel pressure was being overrun at first, then i upgraded to an EVO FPR and the problem persist, I took of the lid of the tank a couple of times thinking it might had come loose and its still pukes gas out when under high pressure, i have to drive around without my gas cap on the side of the car so it had no pressure. It also has to have less than half a tank at all time or it will spill it.

Thanks, i think the seal is messed up and need to be replaced? I just need someone more experienced with this type of issues give me some feedback, thanks!!!

did you figure out where its coming from. I'm pretty sure the your suppose to have a AFPR. so you might hear that alot here

I would get a AFPR and a gauge. Do know what your exact fuel pressure is? Stock lines, filter? Have you done injectors? Could be the o-rings.

The fuel is coming out of the fuel tank, the top where the fuel pump goes in. I have 550cc, it has nothing to do with the lines or injector duty/cycle relater.

My tank is leaking in the same place. I am hoping to fix it with a new gasket. Maybe you should do the same.
