Fuel Tank issues

Ive had the car nearly 5 months now and the fuel tank inlet for the filler neck has rusted through and clogged my pump, lines and injectors.

Whats the best way to Flush the fuel system?
I'll be rebuilding the injectors, is there anything specific i should do when putting them back together?
I'm also looking for a replacement tank for as cheap as possible.(currently unemployed)

If anyone could help me out with these id be eternally grateful, and so much less stressed.

I would just pull everything and replace the lines as well (and definitely the filter).

What do you mean by "rebuilding the injectors"?

Rebuilding the injector so far as i know
is replacing the screen, o-rings and thermal bushing while soaking the injector overnight in some sort of solvent
ive never done it before but my father has, was just wondering if there was any input from the dsm community


and as for replacing the fuel lines, I'm quite limited on funds w/o a job

Sounds like you talking about stock parts and that being the case i would save my money by going to a junk yard and taking what you need. That will be the most in expensive and allow you to get a new tank, or at least one that will clean up and be usable.

thats what i was hoping to do, except in phoenix there is 1 junkyard that has a 1g dsm
and its nothing but a rusted shell everything has been stripped off it except one of the doors

I know UTI is out there which mean a bunch of guys who waste money like us on dsm's, keep looking man there has got to be something out there. It may not be in a junk yard but i'm sure there are some junked laying around.

I just looked on craigslist.org and there was a shell that someone was parting out, that may be a good place to start
