Ok so i did some research and seen that this is a common question but soo many diffrent opinions! I just recently bought a evo 3 16g and was wondering what kind of injectors and pump to run. So that said i see that people say to run a 190 pump and 550 or 560 injectors and then there the other that people say to get a 255 pump and get 650 injectors. I will mostly be driving this on the streets (daily driver not racer) and about once a month on the track for the street i want to run about 16-18 psi and the track about 18-20 21 psi. So will i be fine with the 190 pump and 560 injectors or should i upgrade a little more to the 255 650 set up and leave room for bigger turbo in the future? And i do know that i will need some sort of EMS and AFPR. I just want to know what set up i should get with those kind of psi numbers. Thanks for the opinions im looking forward to seeing what you guys have to say.

Either way you need something to tune. Assuming you have a flashable ecu look into a tactrix cable 2.0 and evoscan.

I'd do a 190 and 650s if you're on a tight budget (no AFPR required). I second the tuning on the stock ECU idea.

I have the evo III also, I went with 650's and a 255 wally with the re-wire. It has been great have my fuel base pressure at 43 p.s.i (afpr) to get the full 650 out of them. Just got link and it's great takes some time to mess with everything but well worth it. And my goals were the same as yours. Without link I was running around 16 P.S.I daily and with link I went to 22 P.S.I and it has been great gas mileage aint bad only when you romp on the pedal but great for the one weekend a month at the track. But with the 255 wally you always have room to expand with your injectors if in the future you decide to bump up to a bigger turbo. This is just an opinion and I am running a similar set-up to yours hope it will help ya out. You can always look into the dyno forums on here and get an idea with the EVO III as to what injectors you might want to run with your goals as well. I'm sure if you p.m some guys they would be more than happy to answer some of the questions you have about a daily driver, good on gas and when you want to race you have what you need to push the car for good times

I'd recommend the 255/FPR/650cc combo. When I had my car on the dyno with a 190 pump and 550cc's (16g turbo), it was running out of fuel at around 20psi; so it was set to 19psi. I've since decided to run the combo mentioned in the first sentence to give me some more room. I'm also running dsmlink for tuning as well. With the bigger pump and injectors you'll want to have something you can control it with. The car did do ok on a stock tune with the 190 and 550's; but did run rich. But that's expected, really.

As the others said, the wally 255 will give you room to grow in the future so you aren't buying parts 2x.

I personally went for overkill with my e3 setup since i know I'll be going bigger down the road and i already had ECMLink: Wally 255 rewired, Fuelab FPR, FIC 1150s

I'm with EclipseTical on this one.

All you need for your current setup would be 650's and a 190 or even an Evo pump. However if you ever plan on doing more down the road which you most likely will get the bug for, get those parts now.

You have a flashable ECU so you can control the larger injectors, otherwise go with ECMLink v3 or EMS. IF you have thoughts of E85 go with at least 1150s and I would go with the new Jay Racing fuel pump or the Deatchworks pump. You will also want a AFPR to be sure your fuel pressure is correct.

Agree with LiQUiDx post, go with a 255 and some bigger injectors for future use if you decide to upgrade later (in which everyone does). If going with e85 either now, or later as well, go with atleast 1150's. Better to buy the parts once, then to rebuy again later.
