Was wondering if someone could help me out with the torque specs in the subject above. I looked on here just couldn’t find them. Thanks In advance!

Have you checked the Factory Service Manual?
That's where you would find them. If you don't have one go to the links on this site and download them.

From this is looks like the inner is 65 ft lbs and the outer is 36-40 ft lbs.
