For all of the work, time, and money wasted on something like this, just buy an upgrade turbo and save yourself a bunch of BS and headaches.
 
Evo 3 turbine housing is 100$? Its bolt on. Where is the wasted time and money?
Not a very good one. If you're lucky enough to find one, you can get a used MHI housing for that price...otherwise you'll end up with one of those eBay housings that doesn't fit because the holes are drilled off-center.

I would never purchase an ebay turbo part besides, maybe bolt or, coolant/oil line. I found three evo 3 housing two good for 100 and one with a,stud, welded where, a, bolt broke off for 40$. And,one fp ported brand new housing for 155$. I don't buy junk and I do things,right or not,at all.
