Two Turbos two oil problems

Ok here is the situation. I have a built 2.0 with scat rods and wiseco pistons. Its freshly done and I had a new turbo on the block as well. I had a precisions 5031e and ended up pushing oil out the exhaust seal. I sent the turbo off got pte to fix it and went through the same problem. I then bought a gt30r that is DBB and pushed oil out of the compressor side. I bought a restrictor and still push oil out the compressor side. The oil feed is coming from the head. There is a small kink in the return line. I mean very small, but we are working on getting that fixed. What could make this happen and is my gt30r shot now ?

the return line sounds like your problem. There should be zero kinks, or restrictions in the return side. A -10 or larger is reccomended. As far as your turbo goes. No way to tell until you fix your problem and go from there. :) Good luck.

You could have very well over oiled the GT30 by running it without the oil line restrictor. DBB cartridges don't like tons of oil that even a banjo bolt off the head could supply.

What are you running for a return line?

That's fine. If it is really that small of a kink in the line, then it shouldn't be affecting it that greatly. But to be sure, define your kink please.

Other then that, your 5031E was a non ball bearing cartridge so the pressure shouldn't have really done anything to that unless you have really high oil pressure.

I would go ahead and fix that kink, see what happens. And then start looking other places like if you still have a problem. Such as: If you still have your PVC or your Valve cover breather routed to the intake, see if they have excess oil in them in case it is just those having too much pressure or a bad PVC (good idea to check your IC too since it will try to puddle there). Or, since you have your balance shafts removed, depending on the method that you used, your oil pressure may be too high.

I have my pvc lines ran to a greddy oil catch can. I know for a fact I have high oil pressure. It's a small kink, but we are working on getting it out completely. What would I do to help keep the oil pressure down ?
 
The ball-bearing turbo can't have any 90* bends in the oil drain line as well. Make sure it has two 45's....one just below the turbo, and one right at the oil pan.

I had trouble with a handful of freshly-rebuilt Garrett Journal Bearing turbos pushing oil for my customers, which is why I originally created this thread: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/tur...l-feed-supply-locations-all-turbo-brands.html I really think feeding a Garrett Journal Bearing turbo from the filter housing without a restrictor is giving it too much oil.

Compare the oil supply holes of a Garrett T3 CHRA to a Mitsu CHRA. There is a tiny little hole in the bottom of the Mitsu CHRA's oil supply, while the Garrett has about a 1/4" hole in the bottom- allowing oil to literally DUMP into it.
 
I think the kink in the line is your problem. you have no way of seeing what that kink is doing once the car heats up completely. is the line steel braided or pushlock? or just standard rubber hose?
 
It's the SBR pushlock kit from MAPerformance.
 
Ok head is only making 40psi of oil pressure. I have a restrictor inline from the feed. The oil catch can was disconnected to make sure it wasn't causing to much pressure and it still leaks. Why would this happen
