A lot of us made the swap. It is pretty simple and just requires a GM Flex Fuel Sensor and set up in ECMLink. I had a tuner set mine up.

A lot of dsm guys keep the stock fuel lines when going to e85. Some report problems, some do not. Some blame the fuel, some blame the stock rubber lines. I personally run e85 in both my cars on stock fuel lines. I have also experienced “e85 injector goo”. I tend to believe it is caused by the fuel itself lacking detergent properties, and not my lines. A little regular gas every couple months keeps it away.
