Hey guys I’m looking to upgrade my Tcase/driveshaft this year to a 300m output and I’m debating between the addition of a magnus side cover or a Frontline Fab brace, I’d love to do the brace but there’s not much room between the Tcase and the down pipe/exhaust, are any of you guys running the full brace with a full 3” exhaust as well? Thanks in advance:)

I don't know how up to date your profile is or what your future goals are, but for the most part I don't see a lot of point to the brace. For the most part the issue is the oem gears will shred on the upgraded 300m shaft, that's the failure point, not the tail section flex. I simply run the Magnus billet side cover and from there I would just go right to the billet housings and billet gears as the next step up.

Make sure to pull the race AND any shims out of your original side cover and install them in the new side cover, no matter which brace you use. I have a FF on my stick car and a Magnus cover and JB brace on my auto. I love both setups Jeremy. Just wanted to remind you so you don't have any issues.

Thanks guys. I don’t have any serious drag racing ambitions with the car, just looking for a modestly upgraded drivetrain to match the power output. I like the idea of going with the magnus route first, then further upgrades later. My driveshaft needs rebuilt and I don’t want a rebuilt stock driveshaft with close to 500ftbs going thru it on a launch LOL. Like I said before the only reason my drivetrain isn’t broke is because i don’t race it, however the builders on here always state they need a good core to start with so I don’t see the point in running it till it breaks, I’d rather build it first:idontknow:

I'd definitely go with Hiroshi's suggestion!
Thanks @DSMPT !

Jeremy, with such a badass car, have you ever had it to a track? It should thrill the shit out of you (obviously does). Just bein nosey, LOL.
