Extreme Lack of Power and Over Heating (w Video)

I believe driving the car with it acting the way it is has fried my turbo. I pulled the downpipe off and the hotside of the turbo and inside of the downpipe is saturated in oil, its only 2 months fresh from the rebuild. I'll take it for a spin this evening and get back to everyone after I figure out if it's the cat or what.
 
Finally got the cat off yesterday, no change. The cat still looks brand new other than the fact oil poured from it when I got it off. I have tried a different coil pack, not brand new, with no change. spark plugs and wires are brand new. I'm stuck.
 
sounds to me like an issue with wiring or something in fuel deliver. if you can smell raw gas and the plugs are dead black, thens omethign's causing your car to just dump fuel, especially at 100% FT's (or by the 100% do you mean 100% pefect?)

probably a wire split somewhere or shoritng out cause i have no idea other than that.
 
On a 1g the FT's are supposed to be 100% wheres a 2g is 0%. I have gone over every wire and have checked everything in the fuel system that I can and have come up with nothing. It seems like I have a weak spark somehow. I have checked the coilpack and tryed another though it wasn't brand new and the car actually ran worse.
 
yes fuel trims should be at 100% did you not do a compression test, just to eliminate that, overheating head gasket possible, low compression lack of power, you have fuel and spark right. weak spark coil pack you tried that twice so i would probably rule that out. not the igniton transistor since the car starts, who rebuilt you engine. head gaskets can blow, if it wasnt correctly done improper torque head warped and not checked for flatness when it was removed, anything.
 
I've ruled out anything wrong with this engine. Compression and everything have checked out good. It's gotta be something to do with the ignition system, my guess. Come on guys, please, I need some more ideas. What the hell is causing this?

I have had a similar problem, but with a little different circumstances. My resolutions, first my head to manifold gasket was not fully tighten. The bolts came loose due to the heat (no lock washers). Another problem might be the wastegate. I have a MBC, and I could not get over 10 psi. I removed it and manually adjusted the WG. I I have 15 PSI now (bought car with ebay turbo, trying to get my hands on a HX40).
The smoking is obviously from the oil in the exhaust system. You may just need to rebuild or try a different turbo to rule it out. Good luck bro!
 
Have you examined the ECU for any signs of damage?

Disconnect the SAFC briefly to see how the motor runs. If you have stock injectors put them back in without the SAFC to see what happens.
 
I've already re-installed the stock injectors but have been debating on removing the safc. I 've tried everything I can think of just about. I'm going to try a different turbo today and I think go ahead and remove the safc and see what happens.
 
I'm bringing this thread back because I'm still stuck. I've tried everything and have gotten no where. My logger is showing 43 counts of knock when I free rev the engine even with a new knock sensor.
 
could it be a sesor ground in the ECU? my 2g was like that and if you search on here theres a wiki from ecmlink on it. It will run like shit and smoke real bad. Do you have a wideband? the smoking could be from running lean. What did you torque your headstuds down to?
 
I'm not very familiar with that problem though I have tried a different ecu as well. Can't quite remember what I torqued the head to but I went by factory specs. No wideband, just go by the logger.
