This problem I have been having with my rear brakes has driven me to make some changes to my brake setup.http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/handling-tech/345952-what-wrong-my-brakes-very-frustrated.html
I decided to purchase a full set of Evo Brembo calipers and get started with the rears. To finish up the parts I would need as well as eliminate any other possible problems with my brake system I also ordered:
-A new 4 port ABS proportioning valve
-RacingBrake ET500 brake pads
-Agency Power Evo rear SS brake lines
-Evo StopTech slotted rotors (which turn out are not StopTech, but PowerSlot
2nd time that has happened to me)
-(4) M10 x 1.5 Bolts - length depends on what washers you are using
This is basically a bolt on upgrade.
The first thing I did was disassemble the calipers as much as possible and cleaned everything. I scrubbed them down and flushed some fresh fluid through them.

Then I cleaned up the pad shims, springs, and guide pins with some degreaser and scotchbrite.

Here's a close-up of the pins so you can see how they are held in and removed from the calipers. It's just a spring or clip that hold them in. To remove the pins just tap them from the face side of the caliper with a punch. Some Evo guys recommend putting some rtv or aluminum tape over the pins to hold them in tight as a few road racers have had them pop out.

The first thing I did when mounting the calipers was to bolt the rotors on first. Then I bolted the calipers on and made sure they are centered over the rotor and didn't need shimmed. Perfect!

Keep in mind that the Evos have the calipers mounted on the trailing side of the rotor so you need to mount the left on the right and the right on the left. So the bleeders point up. Also when installing the pads make sure they are facing in the correct direction. You can see the arrows punched out on the shims that show the direction of rotation.
The bolts I had were slightly long and were close to rubbing the rotor so I spaced them out with a couple washers.

Nice and flush.

Installed.

I'm still waiting on the lines, pads, and proportion valve to show up so I can get this finished up. Once I get everything I will have updates.
