Anyone know the compatibility of the evo 1 transfer case? I looked and I need clarification. Can a 1g Dsm transfer case work? 1993 evo. Please help thanks

A 91-96 DSM t-case or a 1.090 12 turn t-case from other cars can be used on EVO 1/2.
A 97-99 DSM t-case or a 1.074 14 turn t-case from other cars can be used on EVO 3.

^ provided it still has an evo1/2 trans. If it's been messed with, no telling what ring/pinion is in the trans.

If it is a W5M33-2-WQFE, W5M33-2-WQGE, W5M33-2-WQWE, W5M33-2-WQYE (all the Evo 1 options from factory), you will need a 1991-1996 23-spline input sleeve, 24/22 tooth gearset with 1.090 ratio.

Again, IF the transmission has not been opened up and the final drive swapped, or the transmission has been changed out.
