Putting the car back together with a 6 bolt. The transfer case is just stick with 120000 on it, are there seals or gaskets I should do before I bolt it back up?

There really is not much to replacing the seals. If the transfer case is out (which it should be) use a seal puller to remove the old one.Tap the new one in evenly with a socket or piece of PVC pipe. For the rear, I use a drywall screw through the metal face of the seal, then pull on the head of the screw with pliers. This method must be done VERY carefully as you do not want to damage the seal surface on the transfer case. If you look at the new seal, you will see where the metal is. Installation is the same as the previous seal mentioned. There are additional ways to perform this job, I have just shared what I do.

I would inspect the condition of the output splines as well.
