Finally making some progress on my setup I've been building off and on since 2k11 believe it or not. I decided to get my ETS twin scroll mani swain coated. I love the manifold, however I had two problems which one was my fault. I never told ETS that my head was ported so I had to get it port matched. I called up Kels(Keltalon) and asked him if he could possibly help me out. I know he's busy with other non related car stuff but he immediately took time out to help me out and port match the mani so I could finish and drop this motor in the car. I got the mani back from him via Atl to NYC in 2 days after I had sent it. He cleaned up some of the welds on top of port matching the flange. Looks sweet
Issue two was runner #3. The weld. Apparently because of the bend between the flange and the mani and how it got welded I asked Kelvin if he could some how clean that up for me. ETS and Kelvin assured me that what I see here would not cause any compromise issue strength wise nor flow wise so based on their conclusions I'm feelin good.
Overall I'm anxious about getting this thing on the car. I finally put the precision heat wrap on,next will be the down pipe and wastegate dumps. Stay tuned! Pics in post 3
