Twin scroll T3 manifold

I have been looking for a quality T3 twin scroll manifold for my hx35. The only two companies that seem to make them for a DSM are punishment and JMF. Are there any other options out there besides these two? They both seem like great products but I like options. I know it will be suggested so I will say it before it gets brought up. I do not have the ability/skills to make my own nor do I know anyone who does.

Btw don't post up a link to some Chinese eBay manifold. I am looking for quality products here.

I'm also looking for one of these and have come up with the following options:
JHRacing - sent Jake an e-mail and PM with no response yet. I PMed a friend of his on here to see if he's back to making these or not.

Redjack - sadly, this is the only info I have on them (no website, no pics, etc.)
Punishment Racing
Fathouse - my guess is he would fab one up for you if you asked

Shearer has quit doing custom orders and doesn't make a twin scroll T3 manifold. And I asked Mr. Peepers if he'd make another of his and he said he isn't able.

Things I'd like to know about anyone who currently has one of the above manifolds are:
-water pipe clearance (I'd rather not dent it if I don't have to)
-fan/radiator clearance (I'm running a pretty thick setup of Koyo and Flex-a-lite dual puller fan setup)
-specs on the piping used, out of curiosity

Yeah I was just looking at some of his work on FB. Seems to know his s**t and looks like a cool dude to deal with. I am about 2 1/2 hours away from him but if he is interested and the price is right I can haul my car and turbo down there. Since I too have a thick radiator and maybe he can take that into consideration when making it.

-I run two slim puller fans on the stock radiator. One is a 10" Flex-a-lite, the other a 12" Mishimoto.
-primaries are made with 1 1/4" schedule 40 pipe. JMFab uses a thinner schedule 10 unless you ask (and pay) for schedule 40.

Excellent info, Dennis! I didn't have high expectations on getting this info, but you've met them.

Could you possibly get the max thickness of your rad/fan setup, and then how much space you have between the manifold and that thickest point? Or just measure how much space is between the furthest point out on the manifold to the radiator support beam. Just trying to figure out if my setup clears or if I'll need to change it.

Also, are you running v-band or bolt on gates?

I believe Andrew is more into the chassis fab stuff than making engine parts. Plus, he's got plenty on his plate to get done and some great ideas in his head that he needs to get working on. I'd be willing to ask him, but wouldn't have high expectations at all that he'd say yes.

He has quite a few pictures in his gallery. It looks to clear the radiator by quite a bit. The WG dump looks to come close but that could probably be clocked a bit to solve that problem.

Talondsmerr, did you make your own dp? I saw pictures of that too and it looks great.

Yup, I noticed he had some pictures in the gallery after I posted that. I'd still like some measurements if he could as numbers don't lie. It does look like there's a good bit of clearance, which is great. Pictures can be a bit deceiving, though. He's also got a 1g and I'm running a 2g, so there will be some difference there.

I have a JMF T/S and HX35 in the 16cm2 housing and it does not clear the WP I had to dent it also a 2g radiator (stock or aluminum) does not fit, you would have to go with a 1G and mod the mounting points or go custom.

Standby, I'm going to the garage to snap a pic to show you that it has ample room around the waterpipe. It clears the motor mount perfectly as well on this hx40 2g setup.

After I'm done eating dinner, I'll measure the distance from the stock 2g radiator, to the compressor outlet of this HX40.

I'll have all the specs for you, I have to call Joe in a few minutes anyways.

I'm not sure if its Sch 10 or Sch 40, I didn't special order it besides getting the 38mm V-band WGs

I'll get you the measurement from the manifold to the core support, I figure that the best for people to go off of. I'll shoot some more pics too for you

The distance from the furthest point out on the manifold to the front of the radiator is just under 5". On my 1g, the manifold really doesn't come close to hitting anything. It's hard to measure the thickest point of the radiator/fan and compare it to the manifold because they are on different planes. The pictures in my gallery show my setup when I had just one fan. I've since installed a second and clearance was a non-issue. If you need any specific pictures, let me know.

I'm running v-band wastegates. The dump tube is the thing I had the most clearance issues with. Most likely because I asked Punishment to build me a pair of dump tubes while the car was in my garage, so they didn't really have anything to work off of.

I'm also incapable of welding, so I did half the work in making the dp. My car wasn't running so I couldn't take it to an exhaust shop. So, I bought some stainless steel straights and bends and cut them to fit my setup. I then marked the exact position they were in and took it to a welder and let him finish the job. It took me a couple trips between the welder's and underneath my car fitting it, but it was worth the effort. I had to make my cuts using a cutoff wheel and hacksaw, but if you have access to a bandsaw, the job would be cake.

Im going back to Joe at Redjack racing for another manifold from him. When I talked to him before it sounded like he had a 1G and a 2G to mock it up on. He is also a very good guy to do business with. I tried to get ahold of Jake at JHR and his buddy to make me a manifold but neither one would get back with me so i'll take my money back to Joe. Also my JMFab manifold cleared the waterpipe but damn near touched the radiator. It was just so bulky there was no room to work on anything.

Does anyone make a TS T3 with a single wastegate like Mr. Peeper's made for himself? It would be nice to save the $200 on an extra wastegate.

Not that I've seen. But if someone had one custom made, I don't see why you couldn't.
