Ok I understand knock or at least I think I do. My engine is knocking usually around high teens to low 20's but usually during blow-off or falling RPM. Sometimes when I start the car I can hear a clicking sound and the knock meter goes crazy, but isn't true engine knock a pinging sound? Please help!

Sounds like you have phantom knock. Lifter tick is causing the knock sensor to pick up the sound and make's the computer think you are getting knock. Knock during shifting is probably from your BOV not being recirculated. Also do you have a logger? The knock function on SAFCII isn't the most accurate thing in the world.

OK so then would lifter tick be nothing to worry about or what. When it does make the clicking sound if i tap the gas a bit it stops like there is something put back in to place by that. Also to fuel the fire my engine light has been coming using my scanner to check it, I was given the code for random cylinder misfire. Is that possibly real knock even though I can't hear it. Thanks

Its probably lifters ticking, when you raise the engine RPM your oil pressure goes up accordingly which will lubricate the lifters more and quite them down, I wouldn’t worry about it. If the sound bothers you they make updated ones to correct it. As for the misfire, try new plug wires and PROPERLY gapped spark plugs.
