ecuflash help

ok, i have been following this link http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-tuning-ecu/407715-how-get-basic-tune-ecuflash.html which is setting up ecuflash with ceddymods. I have ceddymods, and yes i donated, and im having problems downloading the proper rom files to get it to work. every time i click on the link, that is here http://ceddy.us/h8-ecu-wiki/roms-ecuflash-defs/ i have a 98gst, it takes me to another page instead of letting me download it. how am i supposed to ad it to my ecuflash directory when i cant save it? any help would be appreciated. thanks.

For the XML files. Create a new notepad/wordpad text document and copy and paste the xml code from the site into the text doc. Save it and move it to the ECUFlash definitions folder. Or point ECUFlash to the text file. Then you should be able to open the rom with no issues.

ok, does it need to have a certain file type so it can be detected? i think the files were in txt and bin formats that i copied and put into the rommetdata file. i added them under rommetdata>mitsubishi>eclipse. is that correct?

instead of highlighting and pasting into notepad, just right click and hit save target as

Did that, still didnt work. Im going to try to highlight and save it, then move it. should i highlight the very top line or start at the second line?
