Will a 91 ecu work in a 92....both turbo

Yes a 91+ will work in a 92 just fine. Its the 90 that is diff.

I guess it was bad the boost gauge didnt even move to 0

The answer is yes 91-94 direct replacement for turbo models..Watch out for auto or 5 sped tho.

Does the CE light come on for about 5 seconds then turn off?

If so the ECU could just be chipped for a selectable 2 step if Eprom... . If it didn't come on its not booting up an more then likely a dead ecu... .

Nope it did not come on.....at all. The car just turned over and over

Car cranked but did not start..Sounds like same ecu problem I had once..Some guy fixed the ecu..Starts on first try.

Thanks that was very helpful. But I put my old ecu back in for right now. It's losing power...causing cyl 3 to have s very w weak fire..the spark is yellow. D o all my other fuses are good, cel comes on and boost gauge hits 0
